Specialist transition capital advisory for the mid-market.

Pollination's Capital Advisory Services

Pollination connects decarbonisation and low-carbon technology businesses across Australia and APAC with the investors and capital they need to grow.

Funding the low-carbon transition across APAC will take an estimated US$2.3 trillion of investment each year to 2030. Yet mid-market transactions, typically US$20–300 million, remain underserved: too small for global investment banks and too complex for generalist advisers.

Pollination was built to close this gap. Drawing on a proven track record in transition-aligned capital advisory, we provide structured finance, transaction advisory and capital raising services across clean energy, storage, low-carbon fuels, industrial decarbonisation, sustainable agriculture and the wider transition economy.

Our investor-led, senior-staffed model combines deep climate, policy and technology insight with genuine capital markets and transactions capability to help clients reach the right investors and structure the right deals.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Low-carbon heavy transport scale-ups

Businesses electrifying commercial transport need capital to scale new technologies, innovative infrastructure and capital-intensive business models in a category many investors still find hard to underwrite. Engaged as sell-side advisers, we’ve supported businesses from Pre-Series A stage to raise capital from investors who recognise the transformational opportunity represented by the electrification of transport.

Agriculture asset own and operate

Underinvested agricultural land offers clear upside, but realising it takes more than acquisition – assets need new management, operational optimisation and high integrity carbon project development to unlock value across multiple streams. Engaged as sell-side advisers across multiple land aggregation mandates, we’ve structured deals in which acquired land is actively managed to capture uplift across land appreciation, agricultural productivity and yield, and carbon.

Carbon developer equity

Australia’s leading carbon developers needed equity to scale, but raising it demands a deep understanding of the sector’s policy, technology and investor landscape, alongside structuring and execution capabilities including when market conditions are difficult. We’ve led multiple successful capital raises for these developers, achieving strong outcomes.
