Fuel Insurance or Fuel Security?

The Government just committed $11.9 billion to fuel security, we now need the contracts that will build the industry 

In the latest federal budget, the government committed $11.9 billion to fuel security. It is a significant number and a long time coming but will it actually deliver and help drive the development and uptake of low carbon liquid fuels in Australia? While grants reduce cost and mandates help create markets, it’s contracts that create investment.
